Shipping Information

Due to the handmade and custom nature of all our vinyl products, our shipping, returns, and ordering policies may be different than other eCommerce stores. Please read this page thoroughly prior to ordering your custom product(s).

US SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer free First-Class shipping on orders through the Custom Design Center totaling over $75 when shipped within the US. You may also choose Priority and Overnight shipments at the regular rate if you would like your product sooner. Orders containing any product other than just lettering will be charged standard shipping charges. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, when possible orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. We reserve the right to ship within 5 business days for personalized products or if we are waiting for a customer's response to a question. We are not responsible for delays by the USPS. If you need your order for a specific event or by a certain date, we strongly recommend choosing Priority or Express shipping.

LOST OR RETURNED PACKAGES FOR US SHIPMENTS

VinylLetterDecor.com is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to a wrong address given by the customer or by mishandling of the US Postal Service.

If a package was returned to VinylLetterDecor.com for an inaccurate or wrong address given by the customer, we will email you a link to pay for the new shipping charge as well as a request for the correct address. Please double check your order to make sure the shipping address is correct. If you find your address inaccurate, contact us immediately with the new address.

For lost packages, we will be happy to redo your order at no extra cost and reship when the US Postal Service deems the package "Lost". Please see USPS.com for their policies regarding lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happily ship to any country in the world. We offer First-Class International to Canada, UK, France, and Australia via our regular checkout system. For all other countries, we offer trackable shipping through our partnership with iGlobal Checkout. For specific information about iGlobal, please see International Shipping.

Also note, First-Class International shipping does not offer a tracking number or a guaranteed delivery time frame, and therefore, we recommend choosing Priority International as your preferred method of shipment. VinylLetterDecor.com is not responsible for First-Class International packages which are lost in shipment. If your package is lost, we will redo your order at no extra charge (for orders under $75), but will require an upgraded charge for Priority International before reshipping your order. We reserve the right to require Priority International shipping for countries who have a history of losing packages.
