INFORMATION PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy! Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned to any third party. Any information you provide will be held with be used with discretion, and only for the benefit of you, our customer. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are pleased to offer free First-Class shipping on orders through the Custom Design Center totaling over $75 when shipped within the US. You may also choose Priority and Overnight shipments at the regular rate if you would like your product sooner. Orders containing any product other than just lettering will be charged standard shipping charges. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, when possible orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment. We reserve the right to ship sooner if possible. We are not responsible for delays by the USPS. If you need your order for a specific event or by a certain date, we recommend choosing Priority or Express shipping.

LOST PACKAGES FOR US SHIPMENTS

VinylLetterDecor is not responsible for lost packages due to a wrong address given by the customer or by mishandling of the US Postal Service. We will, however, be happy to redo your order at no extra cost and reship when the US Postal Service deems the package "Lost". Please see USPS.com for their policies regarding lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happily ship to any country in the world. We offer First-Class International, Priority International, and Express International shipping offered by the US Postal Service. At special request, we are happy to quote shipping prices through UPS and FedEx. Please note that First-Class International shipping does not offer a tracking number or a guaranteed delivery timeframe, and therefore, we recommend choosing Priority International as your preferred method of shipment. VinylLetterDecor is not responsible for First-Class Int'l packages which are lost in shipment. If your package is lost, we will redo your order at no extra charge, but will require an upgraded charge for Priority Int'l before reshipping your order. We reserve the right to require Priority Int'l shipping for countries that have a history of losing packages.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

If VinylLetterDecor has a question about your custom vinyl order, we will make every effort to contact you before we complete your order. Please make sure you add your phone number to the comments section of the order just in case. If we try to contact you via phone (if you gave us your number) or email, and receive no response for 5 days, we will proceed to cut the order exactly how you ordered it. We will add our comments with your order as to the nature of our question. If our question, being answered, could've prevented you from not being able to use it due to size, color, type of vinyl, misspelling, etc., it will fall under #2 in the Error section below.

BACKORDERS

In the unlikely event, your chosen vinyl color is out of stock, you will be contacted and given a timeframe on shipment and/or the option to choose another color.

LETTERING WIDTH CALCULATOR

The custom lettering tool width calculator is only an approximation of the width of the project versus the lettering height you choose. In fact, we can stretch and condense fonts to fit in your space requirements. For best results, give us the dimensions of your space and we will do our best to make the lettering the right size for the space. Any details you give us in the "order comments section" can only help us. VinylLetterDecor.com will make every effort to make sure the width is close to the width presented on the lettering tool, if you do not specify an exact width. If there is a discrepancy, we will make every effort to contact you before we proceed to cut your order. If we cannot contact you (no phone number and emails are unanswered for 5 days), we will proceed with your order using our best judgment.

ERRORS

1. If there is anything wrong with or missing from your order due to an error on our part (ie, wrong font, vinyl color/type, sizing error, or spelling error), please notify us within 5 days of receipt of delivery and we will provide the corrected product at no cost to you. (Please note that we calculate our lettering size based on the tallest capital letter, not on the total lettering height.)

2. Please proofread your order carefully before submitting it, taking extra care to make sure there are no spelling errors. If you accidentally ordered your quote wrong, you will be responsible to pay for a new quote unless you email or call us with the changes before we complete your project. If you do not catch the error until you receive your order, you will need to reorder the quote (or section of quote, if possible). We offer a 25% discount on redo orders. As stated before, if we see a visual error on your order, we will make every effort to contact you before cutting your order. Please make sure you add your phone number to the comments section of the order just in case.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES

We guarantee our product to be the best that we can offer in quality and workmanship. We do not guarantee that it will adhere on all surfaces alike.

REFUND POLICY:

Due to the nature of custom products, we cannot offer refunds, as we cannot resell returned product. We will, however, remake your order if there has been an error (see Errors, above). We do not guarantee vinyl colors to be true as shown on you computer screen (as monitors vary), but VinylLetterDecor will happily send you FREE color samples before you order. If product is damaged during shipment, we will gladly re-make and ship your order.

COPYRIGHT:

VinylLetterDecor.com does not claim ownership of the quotes or sayings located in our "Quote Gallery". They are what we believe to be in the public domain for public use. If any are found to be copywritten, they will be immediately removed. It is the sole responsibility of the VinylLetterDecor.com clients to obtain permission to use images and quotes they provide to VinylLetterDecor.com. It is not the responsibility of VinylLetterDecor.com to search the archives of the patent office or copyright information for quotes and images provided by our customers.

The VinylLetterDecor.com website, design, original artwork, and photo gallery are copywritten and forbidden to be copied, redistributed, or published in whole or in part without written permission from VinylLetterDecor.com. The photos and testimonials provided by our happy customers on the Testimonials Page are the sole property of our customers and are forbidden to be copied, redistributed, or published in whole or in part.

EDITING:

We reserve the right to edit, change, or delete any information found on our site at any time we see fit. Pricing, availability of fonts, colors, and products, and policies are subject to change.
