For font sizing instructions, please view the "Lettering Height Instructions" and the "Quote Width Instructions" above. We have also outlined special instructions for certain fonts within the font tabs.
We offer many, many fonts, but we can't post them all here. For any alternative font requests, we will send you a proof of your quote for your approval prior to completing your project.
If you want a specific commerical font you own, then you are welcome to order using any font, then send the zipped font file to kim at vinylletterdecor dot com. In the comments section of your order, let us know you are sending the font file separately. Once we complete your order, we will delete your font file from our system.
If you want a specific commerical font you DO NOT own, then please contact us first. If your order is significant enough, we might consider purchasing the font. Please keep in mind, if you are a business and are using a commercial font in your branding, you will need to purchase your own font license, whether or not you found the download free off the internet. Please respect the rights of the font designer by purchasing your own license when using commerical fonts for commercial use.
If you want a specific "Free for Personal Use" font, then please contact the font designer first. We cannot offer "Free for Personal Use" fonts because we are a commercial business selling commercial products, even if it is for your own personal use. If you contact the designer and receive permission to use the font in your vinyl lettering, then we would be happy to complete your project. Many times font designers willingly give permission to use their fonts for free. Please let us know if you need help finding the font designer's contact info.
There are many "Free for Commercial Use" fonts available. Any font that is "Free for Commercial Use" is welcome. Just place your order as usual, then give us the name of the font you want in the comments section of your order.
If you want a specific font, but don't know what type of license it has, please contact us. We will be able to tell you.
For graphic designers or Illustrator users: We can cut vinyl straight from an EPS or illustrator file. You are welcome to create quote(s) using your own fonts and email them to kim at vinylletterdecor dot com. We would be happy to calculate a price and send you a link to purchase. Make sure you "outline" your lettering prior to sending it to us.
