The more information you can give us about your dimensional requirements the better. If you are placing the quote on a board, give us the board dimensions. If you are placing it on a wall, give us the wall dimensions; or better yet, the minimum and maximum width you would prefer as well as the maximum height. If you have no dimensional restrictions, then tell us so we don't try to contact you unnecessarily.
We can't stress enough the importance the placing your contact information in the comments section, whether it be via phone, text, or email. Please keep in mind, we usually send your graphical proofs as an attachment; and therefore, our emails sometimes get sent to spam/junk mail folders. If we try to contact you but do not receive a reply or return call within 5 days, we will complete your project as you ordered it. If we know it is incorrect or the sizing is a big issue, we reserve the right to refund your order, rather than completing a project you can't use. For more information, please read our Policies Page.
